Welcome to Pure Archive. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

2. 产品说明 / Product Description

Pure Archive 是一款面向开发者与内容维护工作流的 macOS 应用，用于管理 App Store 元数据、数字资产、本地化内容、截图导出与相关文档流程。

Pure Archive is a macOS app for developer-facing content workflows, including App Store metadata, digital assets, localization content, screenshot export, and related document operations.

3. 使用许可 / License

在你遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予你一项有限的、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可，以在你拥有或控制的兼容设备上使用本应用。

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on compatible devices that you own or control.

4. 允许与禁止的使用 / Permitted and Prohibited Use

• 你可以使用本应用管理自己的项目文档、元数据、资源文件和导出内容。
• You may use the app to manage your own project documents, metadata, asset files, and export content.
• 你不得使用本应用从事违法、侵权、破坏系统安全或侵犯他人权益的行为。
• You may not use the app for unlawful, infringing, security-breaking, or harmful activities against others.
• 你不得尝试绕过会员限制、破解购买机制，或以未经授权的方式分发本应用。
• You may not bypass membership limits, tamper with purchase mechanisms, or distribute the app in unauthorized ways.

5. 文档与内容责任 / Responsibility for Documents and Content

你对自己创建、导入、导出、编辑或删除的文档、截图、元数据、本地化内容和其他文件负全部责任，包括其合法性、准确性、完整性和备份安排。

You are solely responsible for the documents, screenshots, metadata, localization content, and other files you create, import, export, edit, or delete, including their legality, accuracy, completeness, and backup arrangements.

6. 文件访问与导出 / File Access and Export

本应用会根据你的明确操作访问你所选取的文件、目录和 `.parch` 文档包。你理解并同意，若你导出内容到外部目录、移动存储或其他服务环境，应自行负责后续访问权限、覆盖风险与数据备份。

The app accesses files, folders, and `.parch` document packages based on your explicit actions. You understand and agree that if you export content to external directories, removable storage, or other service environments, you are responsible for subsequent access control, overwrite risks, and data backups.

7. 会员购买与恢复 / Membership Purchases and Restores

本应用可能提供会员或付费功能。相关购买、订阅、恢复与支付流程由 Apple App Store 处理，并受 Apple 的条款、结算规则与退款政策约束。价格、可用方案与续费规则以 App Store 实际展示为准。

The app may offer membership or paid features. Purchases, subscriptions, restores, and payment processing are handled by the Apple App Store and are governed by Apple's terms, billing rules, and refund policies. Prices, available plans, and renewal rules are determined by the App Store listing.

8. 第三方服务与 AI / MCP 集成 / Third-Party Services and AI / MCP Integrations

本应用可能支持本地 helper、MCP 或其他外部工具链协同。若你主动连接第三方 AI、MCP 客户端或服务提供商，你理解并同意：相关数据共享、结果质量、可用性与合规责任由你自行评估，并受对应第三方条款与政策约束。

The app may support local helper, MCP, or external workflow integrations. If you intentionally connect third-party AI, MCP clients, or service providers, you understand and agree that related data sharing, output quality, availability, and compliance responsibilities are yours to evaluate and are governed by the respective third-party terms and policies.

9. 知识产权 / Intellectual Property

除你自行创建或合法拥有的内容外，本应用及其界面、代码、文案、设计、商标与相关材料中的权利归开发者或其许可方所有。未经授权，不得复制、修改、反向工程、出售或用于再分发。

Except for content you create or lawfully own, the app and its interface, code, copy, design, trademarks, and related materials are owned by the developer or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, or redistribute them without authorization.

10. 免责声明 / Disclaimer

本应用按“现状”提供。我们会尽力提升稳定性与可用性，但不保证本应用始终无错误、无中断、完全兼容所有环境，或绝对满足你的特定业务需求。

The app is provided on an "as is" basis. We strive to improve stability and usability, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every environment, or perfectly suited to your specific business needs.

11. 责任限制 / Limitation of Liability

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本应用而导致的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性损失，或任何数据丢失、业务中断、利润损失，我们不承担责任。你应自行做好重要文档与资源的备份。

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits arising from the use of or inability to use the app. You should maintain your own backups of important documents and assets.

12. 条款更新与终止 / Updates and Termination

我们可在必要时更新本条款，并在本页面发布最新版本与生效日期。若你在条款更新后继续使用本应用，即视为接受更新后的条款。若你违反本条款，我们可在适用范围内限制或终止你对相关服务与功能的使用。

We may update these terms when necessary and will publish the latest version and effective date on this page. If you continue using the app after an update, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. If you violate these terms, we may limit or terminate your access to relevant services or features where applicable.
