使用 Pure Canvas 即表示你同意本条款及隐私政策。

By using Pure Canvas, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. 服务内容 / Service Scope

Pure Canvas 提供本地截图编辑、模板管理与导出能力。

Pure Canvas provides local screenshot editing, template management, and export features.

3. 订阅与购买 / Subscriptions and Purchases

应用提供周、月、年与永久会员方案（以 App Store 实际展示为准）。

The app offers weekly, monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans (subject to App Store listing).

对于自动续订订阅：

1. 付款会在确认购买时从你的 Apple ID 账户扣除。
2. 订阅会自动续订，除非你在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订。
3. 你可在系统“设置 > Apple ID > 订阅”中管理或取消订阅。

For auto-renewable subscriptions:

1. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
2. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before period end.
3. You can manage/cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings.

4. 可接受使用 / Acceptable Use

你承诺仅在合法范围内使用本应用，不得用于侵犯第三方权益。

You agree to use the app lawfully and not infringe third-party rights.

5. 知识产权 / Intellectual Property

应用本身及其界面、代码和品牌归开发者所有。

The app, UI, code, and branding are owned by the developer.

你导入或创建的内容归你或其合法权利人所有。

Content you import/create remains owned by you or its rightful owner.

6. 免责声明 / Disclaimer

本应用按“现状”提供，不对特定用途适配性或无中断运行作明示担保。

The app is provided "as is" without express warranties of fitness or uninterrupted operation.

7. 责任限制 / Limitation of Liability

在法律允许范围内，开发者不对间接、附带或后果性损失承担责任。

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. 条款更新 / Updates

我们可更新本条款，更新后会在本页面发布新的生效日期。

We may update these Terms and publish a new effective date on this page.
